Shipping Policy

At eleven17 we use all recyclable materials for our packing, with our boxes and fillings sourced from Lil packing and Tiny Box Co. Each piece is packaged delicately by hand with maximum protection in mind. 

All packages, national or international are sent with insurance, using Royal Mail. Depending on value the signed for or special delivery services are used, and for international packages either signed for and/or tracking will be used.

Tacking of your package can be made on the Royal Mail website using the tracking number supplied in the dispatch email. However if you have queries about the delivery do not hesitate to contact below.


Please contact me as soon as you receive your item if you are not happy with it. You have 14 days from receiving your item to contact me to return it. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn and returned as new with the original packaging. I am unable to accept returns that do not comply with this. 

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Prior to posting, each item goes through quality control and is checked that it is the size that you ordered. 

Due to the process behind making the custom Seaglass rings these cannot be refunded.

Warranty Disclaimer

If on arrival of your eleven17 package there is a fault with your purchase please contact me immediately, we can discuss returning the faulty item to me. Upon which I will asses the fault and where possible will replace the item or refund you.

If a fault is noticed within the first three months of purchasing please contact me to discuss the issues and I will asses the fault. This does not include general wear to the silver, tarnishing, any damage you may have caused to the glass or if the glass has become loose due to wear in water. Please see the care guide linked below for detailed information in keeping your eleven17 piece in the best condition.

After three months the item is not covered under warranty
